Level Courses in the Country
Now-a-days students are very much interested for O, A, B and C level courses. These level courses are controlled by DOEACC of Government of India. After completing these courses, students are quite capable of earning their livelihood. For Example, a student is suitable to work as Junior Programmer, Lab demonstrator and EDP Assistant after completing O Level Course. Similarly a student is eligible to apply for Training Faculty, Programmer, troubleshooters and Web administrator after the completion of A Level Course. B Level students are eligible for Database Administrator, System Analyst, Network Administrator, Faculty and Software Engineer. C level Students can establish themselves as IT Consultant, R & D Specialist and Project Managers in society. So a detailed analysis is required before starting this types of courses. It is mandatory to posses average intelligence and knowledge so as to start O and A level Courses. Apart from that, one should be meticulous enough in selecting an Institute. Presently many institutes are involved in fraudulent practices and usually cheating students. So one should be well aware of the facts that the institute contains an accreditation number and it is valid. It is also required to know whether the institute is having contacts with state and National level industries for conducting seminars and conferences for the students. B and C level courses require sharp intelligence and passion for knowledge. So students with a strong aptitude in mathematics and analytical ability should move forward for these courses.Because these courses are a warehouse of complicated mathematics and analysis . If a student is weak in reasoning and mathematics ,it is difficult on his/her part to complete the course . For example, Rama may complete the course as a Commerce student but it may be difficult for Hari to pass as a first Class Science Student. Apart from this,quality of faculties and their way of teaching is also vital. It is extreamly important to know the availability of right kind of faculties in the Institute to teach B and C level Courses. Even if there are quality faculties in the institute ,it is mandatory to know whether they are utilised for teaching these courses.Usually faculties from Core Computer Science and MBA background are necessary to teach Project Management,Principles of Management,Artificial Intelligence,Object Modelling Techniques,Software engineering and Accountacy.At the same time,experience is also required to teach these subjects. In many Institutes of our country, these sophisticated subjects are taught by substandard Faculties . Most of them are just cheating the students only for earning money.Due to lack of prerequisite knowledge,experience and proper degree in respective fields, standard of teaching and image value of the firm is declining at an alrming rate . Even ,some institutes in India are admitting students without proper screening only to earn money .So students are facing problem in understanding difficult papers even if faculties are good.So Institutes should be meticulous enough while selecting Students. If number of students in a particular year is less due to unavailability of right kind of Students , it is advisable to stop the course during the year . Otherwise image value of the Institute is affected a lot .Due to bad reputation, less and less number of students will be attracted to the institute day by day. Capability of the CHIEF of the Institute is also a vital factor in the progress of the Institute.If the chief is biased by the Managers without analysing the matter from the grass root ,the Institute can not prosper. So intelligence,perseverance,tolerance and thinking fast even under tremendous pressure make an Chief proficient in Planning,Organising,leading and controlling in the Institute.So the chief of the institute should employ qualified and dedicated faculties for these courses. At the same time,only sound technical knowledge is not enough for a chief of an Organization.When technical knowledge took shape to a point,after this interpersonal skills matters.On the whole, talented faculties ,good Students,Proficient chief and sophisticated infrastructures increase image value of the Institute at an alarming rate . Past record says, south Indian acredited Institutes are the front runners in handling these B and C Level courses.On an average ,50 percent of the students are getting passed in this courses and many of them are absorbed in National and Multinational Companies.
